Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

Damages

Clean & Hit is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you receive your order damaged:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
  • Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim
